Unfinished Bowser comic

I actually had an idea for a Shounen and Bowser comic from a very long time ago. The original idea was from a simple two-panel pen doodle of them reenacting the hilarious TV room scene from episode 5 of FLCL. This comic is an entirely different story, but it's meant to be hilarious all the same.

Unfortunately, when a deadline was given to me for my unit plan during the week of the 13th, I was unable to finish this. Truthfully, I cannot seem to put my pen back to this and continue beyond the current panel. My brain burnt out that day from the panic and I haven't been able to get back to it since I've started the student teaching assignment. Can't forget my sporadic drawing mood either.

The idea was for Bowser to get Shounen to join the Koopa Troop and like him enough to want to get him a present for Bowser Day (because he thinks it's a day to get him gifts). However, Shounen is not interested, but Bowser continues to be persistent because he can't imagine anyone not liking him. Ryuu-kun and the girls are supposed to show up too, though for some reason I keep reworking what I want to actually happen here in my head. Hopefully I can get back to this and finish it.

This is also my second time drawing Bowser. I liked what I call his Amada design from the Mario fairy tales, so I used clips of those for reference. He's harder to draw than I thought.
